TURN IT UP! Fall 2026 FAQs

What's TURN IT UP?

TURN IT UP is our 30-day challenge that invites you to set a goal and ride 6, 12, 20, 30 or 40 times between October 20 - November 18. The more you ride, the greater your reward.

How do I participate?

To join the TURN IT UP challenge, sign up starting Monday, October 12. Then, ride between October 20 - November 18 to hit your goal and complete the challenge.

Official participation in TURN IT UP is limited to riders who have registered via www.soul-cycle.com or the SoulCycle app. Riders can join up until the last day of the challenge and all rides taken in the October 20 - November 18 window will count towards your goal.

Note: ClassPass riders are eligible to participate in the challenge by registering with their SoulCycle account to track progress.

How will I know if I have signed up?

Sign up on our website or in the SoulCycle app. Once you sign up, your TURN IT UP tracker will appear on the app homepage. If you can see your challenge progress in the app, you're all set!

You can also confirm you're registered with your local studio crew. Just stop by the front desk and ask!

What if I missed the TURN IT UP sign-up window? Can I still participate?

You can sign up for TURN IT UP until the final day of the challenge. All rides between October 20 - November 18 will count towards your goal regardless of when you sign-up.

Do I have to join a team?

Nope! You can ride solo or with a team.

How many people can be added to a team?

There is a 50-rider maximum on each team.

I don't have a team to join. How can I find a team?

Instructors and studios form teams. If you need a team to join, ask your instructor or local studio crew for their team codes!

Can I combine in-studio and At-Home classes to be eligible for TURN IT UP?

The TURN IT UP challenge is limited to in-studio classes only.

Does doubling or tripling count towards my total TURN IT UP number?

Absolutely! Every class you take from October 20 - November 18 counts toward the challenge — doubles and triples included.

What about 90-minute classes?

90-minute classes will count for two classes. That's right — you're two classes closer to reaching your goal!

Classes that are booked through the ClassPass trial, walk-in promos, and staff guest privileges are not eligible to be counted throughout the challenge. Though these classes may show up on your ride tracker, they do not count toward your final ride total. To check your current ride count, feel free to email yoursoulmatters@soul-cycle.com.

Can I ride under someone else's name or another account?

All classes must be booked under the account you used to sign up for TURN IT UP to count toward your goal.

I hit my goal and leveled up. Can I stack my prizes?

Congrats on leveling up! Unfortunately, prizes are not stackable. You will receive the prize that corresponds to your ride total.

How will the prizes be redeemed?

US riders will receive retail credit codes via email the week after the challenge end date. US riders can redeem their credit online only. Please ensure you are subscribed to SoulCycle emails. If you do not receive your prize email within a week of the challenge, please reach out to yoursoulmatters@soul-cycle.com.

UK riders will have the credit added directly to their accounts and can redeem their credit in-studio only.

TURN IT UP CHALLENGE AND PARTNER GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES: OFFICIAL RULES

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes (defined below). A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their state of residence. Sweepstakes is void in the United Kingdom and where prohibited by law.

  1. PRELIMINARY INFORMATION: By registering for, entering, or participating in the Turn it Up Challenge (“Turn it Up”), including the Sweepstakes, you accept and agree to be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”). Turn it Up is sponsored by SoulCycle LLC, located at 609 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10014 (“SoulCycle”). Turn it Up consists of (a) a Class-based challenge open to eligible Entrants (defined below) in the United States and the United Kingdom (the “Challenge”), as described in the HOW TO ENTER AND PARTICIPATE IN THE CHALLENGE and CHALLENGE PRIZES sections below, and (b) a partner giveaway sweepstakes open only to eligible residents of the United States and conducted during weeks two (2) through four (4) of the Entry Period (the “Sweepstakes”), as described in the SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY, SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY, SWEEPSTAKES WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND ODDS, and SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES AND FULFILLMENT sections below. Turn it Up is subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations; void where prohibited by law.

  2. CHALLENGE ELIGIBILITY: Turn it Up is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and the United Kingdom who register to participate in Turn it Up during the Registration Period and are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the date they register to participate (each, an “Entrant”). Employees, independent contractors, officers, and directors of SoulCycle, its affiliates, its prize providers (including the Prize Partners, defined below) and each of their respective immediate family members (spouse/domestic partner, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to win. Individuals who are not in good standing with SoulCycle (e.g., due to past-due balances) or are not permitted to enter or ride at SoulCycle studios will not be eligible to enter or win.

  3. SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY (US ONLY): The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes, even if they are otherwise eligible to participate in the Challenge. To earn Sweepstakes entries by completing Classes (defined below), an eligible individual must be a registered Entrant and complete the applicable Class(es) at a participating SoulCycle studio located in the United States. Individuals who enter the Sweepstakes using the mail-in method described below must register for free for Turn it Up but are not required to complete any Class. Employees, independent contractors, officers, and directors of SoulCycle, its affiliates, the Prize Partners, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective immediate family members and household members (as described above), are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Individuals who are not in good standing with SoulCycle (e.g., due to past-due balances) or are not permitted to enter or ride at SoulCycle studios will not be eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes.

  4. REGISTRATION: All eligible Entrants must register to participate in Turn it Up by visiting the registration page at https://www.soul-cycle.com/turn-it-up/ and completing and submitting the form. Registration will begin on October 12, 2026 at 12:00 AM local time and continue until the end of the Entry Period (the “Registration Period”). Eligible Entrants can also form accountability teams of between 2-50 Entrants (together an “Entrant Team”) and participate in Turn it Up as a team (though Prizes will be awarded on an individual basis only) by visiting the registration page at https://www.soul-cycle.com/turn-it-up/ and completing and submitting the form, including by selecting a team name (as applicable). Only one (1) member of the Entrant Team must complete the registration form for the team, and participants may join an Entrant Team while registering as an Entrant. All team participants must otherwise be eligible to participate and must book and complete Classes in accordance with SoulCycle standard policies and procedures. If an Entrant participates in Turn it Up (including as a member of an Entrant Team) through, on behalf of, or in connection with the Entrant’s employer or any other company or organization, the Entrant represents and warrants that the Entrant’s participation in Turn it Up and acceptance of any Prize do not violate any policy, code of conduct, gift or ethics rule, or agreement of such employer, company, or organization, or any law or regulation applicable to the Entrant (including any rules applicable to government employees), and that the Entrant has obtained any approvals required for such participation. SoulCycle is not responsible for, and may disqualify any Entrant from Turn it Up or decline to award a Prize in connection with, any such violation. Entrant Teams may not select, and SoulCycle may disqualify from participation in Turn it Up, any team name that SoulCycle, in its sole discretion, deems to be inappropriate, including because the team name or any imagery is or depicts conduct that is violent, sexually explicit, illegal, racially or morally offensive, or infringes on SoulCycle’s or any third party’s intellectual property, privacy or rights of publicity. Eligible Entrants and Entrant Teams have the opportunity to register for Turn it Up during the Registration Period; however, any Classes taken before the Entry Period begins will not count towards Turn it Up. Eligible Entrants and Entrant Teams may register to participate in Turn it Up at any time during the Registration Period, and any Classes completed during the Entry Period, but prior to Entrant’s registration, will count toward Turn it Up.

  5. ENTRY PERIOD: The entry period for Turn it Up (collectively the “Entry Period”) is from October 20, 2026 at 12:00 AM local time through November 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM local time, where local time is determined based on the SoulCycle studio located closest to Entrant’s place of residence.

  6. HOW TO ENTER AND PARTICIPATE IN THE CHALLENGE: Entrants can be eligible to receive prizes by completing paid, in-person SoulCycle classes at any participating SoulCycle studio location (each, a “Class”) to reach their individual goal. Forty-five (45) minute and sixty (60) minute classes will count as one “Class” towards the total Classes completed and ninety (90) minute classes will count as two (2) “Classes” towards the total Classes completed. The date of each Class must occur within the Entry Period, but can be booked prior to the start of the Entry Period. If an Entrant books more than one bike for a single Class, only one booking will count towards the total Classes completed. Classes that are complimentary or otherwise not paid for by the Entrant will not count towards the total Classes completed. Classes that are booked but where the Entrant does not check-in with the Studio will also not count towards the total Classes completed. Classes completed on the SoulCycle At-Home Bike do not count towards Challenge goals. SoulCycle’s records govern and control, and all decisions related to the number of Classes completed by an Entrant will be in SoulCycle’s sole discretion and will be final and binding upon Entrant.

Participation is limited and is based on class schedule and bike availability. SoulCycle’s standard rules for booking, waitlists, cancellations, late check-ins (including reassigning bikes 4 minutes before class starts), and participation in classes apply. All entrants must comply with all standard SoulCycle rules, terms, conditions and requirements, including by completing any rider waivers or releases.

SoulCycle classes are strenuous and physically demanding. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not exceed your physical limits or over-exert yourself. If you choose to participate in Turn It Up, you assume these risks of your own free will and accord, and agree that you will not participate in an excessive number of Classes in any single day.

SoulCycle encourages you to consult your physician prior to beginning or intensifying any exercise program, and to see them on a regular basis. If you experience any pain or difficulty with any part of your participation in any class, stop and consult your physician right away.

  7. CHALLENGE PRIZES: All Entrants are entitled to receive one (1) prize (each a “Prize”) as described in the table below based on the number of Classes they set as their Class goal during registration and complete during the Entry Period. (For example, an Entrant who completes 22 Classes will receive the Prize for the 20 Class Tier, but will not also receive the Prize for the 12 Class Tier). Additionally, if Entrants complete Classes in excess of and in a tier higher than their goal set during registration, Entrants will not receive a Prize for that higher tier unless they change their Class goal to match the higher tier. Entrants will be notified by SoulCycle when they complete their particular Class goal and will be given an option to change their Class tier goal at that time. Prizes are awarded based on the number of Classes each individual Entrant completes and not on the amount each Entrant Team completes except that the Entrant Team that completes the most rides during the Entry Period will receive a free Entrant Team ride, with date, time and location to be determined by Sponsor (approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Team Entrant prize is up to $42/£28 per person. In the event of a tie, the Entrant Team that has the larger average number of rides per Team member will be deemed the Winning Team. (and Entrant Teams are for accountability purposes only). Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions noted below.

Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by SoulCycle. Prizes are non-transferable, non-descendible, have no cash value or equivalent, and may not be resold. All taxes and other assessments resulting from accepting a Prize, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used, are the sole responsibility of the voucher recipient and voucher recipient may be subject to withholding tax. In no event will SoulCycle be obligated to award more than the stated number of Prizes challenge-wide. SoulCycle reserves the right to substitute any Prize with a different item of equal or greater approximate retail value. A Prize may not be awarded if, among other things, a participant does not meet the eligibility requirements or the Prize is not properly claimed.

Additional Terms for Prize Credits: Discount codes for merchandise earned will automatically be issued and added into each Entrant’s SoulCycle account and/or e-mailed to the Entrant’s email address on-file on or around November 25, 2026. Discount codes are one-time use only and exclude all sale items and dropship vendor merchandise. All Prize Discounts are subject to SoulCycle’s terms and conditions, and must be used within sixty (60) days of issuance, at which point any unused prize discounts will expire. Prize Discounts are valid only for the region that the rider selects when signing up for Turn it Up.

  8. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY (US ONLY): NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Sweepstakes consists of three (3) separate weekly drawings (each, a “Weekly Drawing”), each with its own entry period (each, a “Sweepstakes Week”) and its own Sweepstakes Prize (defined below), as set forth in the table below. Each Sweepstakes Week begins at 12:00 AM and ends at 11:59 PM local time on the dates shown, where local time for Class-based entries is determined based on the SoulCycle studio where the Class is completed. Eligible individuals may enter each Weekly Drawing using either of the two methods described below.

Sweepstakes Week Sweepstakes Week Dates Mail-In Entry Postmark Deadline Mail-In Entry Receipt Deadline Approximate Weekly Drawing Date
    Week 2 October 25, 2026 – October 31, 2026 October 31, 2026 November 7, 2026 On or about November 9, 2026
    Week 3 November 1, 2026 – November 7, 2026 November 7, 2026 November 14, 2026 On or about November 16, 2026
    Week 4 November 8, 2026 – November 14, 2026 November 14, 2026 November 21, 2026 On or about November 23, 2026
    • Sweepstakes Entry Method 1: Complete a Class. Each eligible Entrant who is registered for Turn it Up and completes at least one (1) Class (as defined, and counted in accordance with, the HOW TO ENTER AND PARTICIPATE IN THE CHALLENGE section above) during a Sweepstakes Week will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Weekly Drawing for that Sweepstakes Week. Completing more than one (1) Class during the same Sweepstakes Week will not earn additional entries into that Weekly Drawing. An Entrant must be registered for Turn it Up by the end of the applicable Sweepstakes Week to receive a Class-based entry for that Sweepstakes Week. SoulCycle’s records govern and control for purposes of determining Class-based entries.
    • Sweepstakes Entry Method 2: Enter for Free by Mail (No Class, Purchase or Registration Required). To enter a Weekly Drawing without completing a Class, hand-print your first and last name, email address, mailing address, and the Sweepstakes Week you wish to enter (i.e., “Week 2,” “Week 3” or “Week 4”) on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a handwritten envelope with proper postage via USPS to: Turn it Up Sweepstakes, SoulCycle LLC, 609 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10014. Each eligible mail-in entry will earn one (1) entry into the Weekly Drawing identified on the card. Each mail-in entry must be in a separate handwritten envelope and mailed separately. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the applicable Sweepstakes Week (and no later than the Mail-In Entry Postmark Deadline) and received by SoulCycle no later than the Mail-In Entry Receipt Deadline, each as set forth in the table above. Mail-in entries that are postmarked or received outside these deadlines, or that do not identify a single Sweepstakes Week, will not be accepted. Photocopied or mechanically reproduced envelopes or entries are not eligible. All mail-in entries become the property of SoulCycle and will not be returned or acknowledged. Mail-in entries are “received” when the complete, legible entry is physically delivered to the address above and in the possession of SoulCycle. SoulCycle is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due mail-in entries.

Entry Limits; No Rollover: Limit one (1) entry per person per Weekly Drawing, regardless of the method of entry used. Entries are valid only for the Weekly Drawing for the Sweepstakes Week in which they are earned or for which they are submitted. Non-winning entries will not roll over or carry forward into any subsequent Weekly Drawing; to be eligible for a later Weekly Drawing, an eligible individual must enter again during that Sweepstakes Week. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Prize per person during the Sweepstakes. Attempts to submit entries in excess of any limit or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, including by using multiple or false identities or contact information, may result in disqualification. Purported entries that are forged, altered, incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, illegitimate, unintelligible, garbled, or generated by a macro, bot, or other automated means will not be accepted and will be void. Entries made on an individual’s behalf by any other individual, or by any entity or group, will be declared invalid. In the event of a dispute regarding an entry that cannot be resolved to SoulCycle’s satisfaction, the entry will be void.

  9. SWEEPSTAKES WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND ODDS: To allow time for mail-in entries to be received, each Weekly Drawing will be conducted on or about the date set forth in the table above, and in no event earlier than the day after the applicable Mail-In Entry Receipt Deadline. In each Weekly Drawing, SoulCycle [or its designated administrator] will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for that Sweepstakes Week. Odds of winning a Weekly Drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received for that Weekly Drawing. SoulCycle’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

SoulCycle will notify each potential winner by email within approximately two (2) business days after the applicable Weekly Drawing, using the email address associated with the potential winner’s SoulCycle account or provided on the potential winner’s mail-in entry. Each potential winner must respond in accordance with the instructions in the notification within five (5) business days after the notification is sent, and may be required to complete, sign, and return, without alteration and in the form presented by SoulCycle, a declaration/affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (unless prohibited by law) and tax forms (as applicable) (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Winner Documents”) within five (5) business days after SoulCycle sends the Sweepstakes Winner Documents or such other time frame as specified by SoulCycle. If a potential winner (a) is deemed ineligible, (b) fails to comply with these Official Rules, (c) does not respond to the notification or return any required Sweepstakes Winner Documents by the stated deadline, (d) cannot be reached because the notification is returned as undeliverable, or (e) declines the Sweepstakes Prize, the potential winner may be disqualified and the Sweepstakes Prize forfeited, and an alternate potential winner may be selected (time permitting) in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries received for that Weekly Drawing. SoulCycle is not obligated to pursue more than three (3) alternate potential winners for any Sweepstakes Prize, in which case such Sweepstakes Prize may go unawarded. A potential winner is not a winner until SoulCycle verifies the potential winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules (once verified, each a “Sweepstakes Winner”).

  10. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES AND FULFILLMENT: One (1) prize will be awarded in each Weekly Drawing (each, a “Sweepstakes Prize”). Each Sweepstakes Prize is provided by the third-party prize partner identified below (each, a “Prize Partner”):

Winner information may be shared with applicable prize provider to facilitate prize fulfillment. For any prize component that will be shipped, Sweepstakes Prizes will not be shipped outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. SoulCycle is not responsible for, and will not replace, any lost, mutilated, or stolen Sweepstakes Prize, or any Sweepstakes Prize that is undeliverable or does not reach a Sweepstakes Winner because of incorrect or changed contact information.

All Sweepstakes Prize details not specifically stated in these Official Rules will be determined by SoulCycle in its sole discretion. Sweepstakes Prizes are awarded “as is,” are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash, except at SoulCycle’s sole discretion. SoulCycle reserves the right to substitute any Sweepstakes Prize (or portion thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value for any reason, including prize unavailability. If a Sweepstakes Winner does not accept or use the entire Sweepstakes Prize, the unaccepted or unused portion will be forfeited. No more than the stated number of Sweepstakes Prizes will be awarded. All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other expenses not specifically stated in these Official Rules as part of a Sweepstakes Prize, are the sole responsibility of the Sweepstakes Winner. A Sweepstakes Prize is awarded in addition to, and does not affect an Entrant’s eligibility for, any Challenge Prize. References to “Prize” or “Prizes” in the GENERAL RULES section and in the release below include the Sweepstakes Prizes, and references to “Winner” or “Winners” include Sweepstakes Winners.

SoulCycle may share a Sweepstakes Winner’s name, shipping address and contact information with the applicable Prize Partner for the sole purpose of fulfilling the Sweepstakes Prize.

Proof of submission is not proof of receipt of entry. SoulCycle is not responsible for (1) incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected entries, Prizes, notifications or other communications (including without limitation as a result of any e-mail filtering by an Entrant’s ISP, or e-mail provider, insufficient space in a user’s email account or errors or losses of any postal or delivery service); (2) technical problems (including without limitation malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof); (3) fraud; (4) typographical or other error in the printing or display of Turn it Up materials, including the Official Rules or Prize descriptions, administration of any part of Turn it Up or announcement of the Prizes or the any winner; or (5) any factor beyond SoulCycle’s reasonable control that may impair the integrity, security, fairness, or proper functioning or administration of any part of Turn it Up. As a result of any of the foregoing errors, failures or factors or for any other reason (including without limitation an unanticipated occurrence not fully addressed in these Official Rules) SoulCycle reserves the right to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend Turn it Up (or any part thereof), or modify these Official Rules, in any manner deemed reasonable by SoulCycle in its sole discretion. Notice of any cancellation, modification, suspension or termination will be posted on the SoulCycle website.

Prizes and Sweepstakes Prizes are provided as-is without any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, whether now known or hereinafter enacted, relative to the use or enjoyment of any Prize or Sweepstakes Prize, including, without limitation, its quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Subject to the laws in the relevant jurisdictions, any questions relating to participation in Turn it Up (including the Sweepstakes) or any Prize will be resolved in SoulCycle’s sole discretion and its decisions about any related matter will be final and binding. Any attempt by an Entrant to deliberately damage, tamper with or undermine the operation of any part of Turn it Up, including by manipulating entries or attempting to obtain additional entries, whether through robotic, automated or other means, is a violation of criminal and civil law, and SoulCycle reserves the right to disqualify, and seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law from, any Entrant who engages in such an attempt. Any Entrant that provides incomplete or inaccurate details, is ineligible to enter, does not follow all policies of SoulCycle, or violates or acts in violation of these Official Rules will be disqualified.

Each participant understands and agrees that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California and any similar law of any eligible state are hereby expressly waived by him/her. Section 1542 reads as follows:

“Certain claims not affected by a general release. A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.”

By entering Turn it Up, each Entrant hereby agrees (and agrees to confirm in writing), on behalf of himself/herself and his/her heirs and assigns, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to (1) release, discharge and hold harmless SoulCycle, its Prize providers (including the Prize Partners), any third-party administrator of the Sweepstakes, and its and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and independent contractors (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability (including damages caused or claimed to be caused), loss, injury, illness, death, or litigation arising out of Turn it Up, participation in the Turn it Up, and/or acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize; and (2) indemnify the Released Parties from any and all liability arising out of Turn it Up. Each Entrant hereby acknowledges that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by prize suppliers that may be sent along with any Prize. Entrants assume all liability for any injury, illness or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by Turn it Up, participation in the Turn it Up, and/or acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action and shall be resolved individually. Entrant further agrees (x) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (y) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs; (z) Entrant's remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and Entrant irrevocably waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability, so the above may not apply to every Entrant. Turn it Up, these Official Rules, and any claims or disputes arising hereunder, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without reference to its conflicts of laws principles, and Entrant expressly agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the competent federal, state and local courts located in New York County, New York; however, for Entrants who are residents of the United Kingdom only, the laws of England will instead govern and control, and such UK-based Entrants expressly agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of competent jurisdiction located in London, England. If any portion of these Official Rules is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, (a) such portion shall be modified to the least extent necessary to render it valid and consistent with applicable law, (b) such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other portion of these Official Rules, and (c) the remainder of these Official Rules shall continue in full force and effect. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Turn it Up materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
