Refer-A-Friend
The “Refer-A-Friend” Limited Time Offer (the “Offer”) entitles a rider (“Rider”) who brings a new rider (“Friend”) to a SoulCycle studio for his/her first ever paid SoulCycle class (“First Class”) to receive one (1) free class (“Free Class”) after purchase and completion of Friend’s First Class; and Offer entitles Friend to receive (1) Free Class after purchase and completion of Friend’s First Class. This Offer is redeemable in-studio only, and runs from 12:00AM EST January 1, 2021 through 11:59PM PST December 31, 2022. In order to redeem Offer, Rider and Friend must notify the studio’s front desk staff of Friend’s purchase of his/her First Class. Rider and Friend must note the region in which they would like to use the Free Class, as the Free Class will only be redeemable in the selected region. All classes purchased or received through the Offer must be used within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and any unused Offer classes will expire on such date. You have the right to cancel your purchase of classes and we will refund the purchase price of your unused classes within ten (10) days after we receive your notice of cancellation per our Terms and Conditions.
