SoulCycle Studio Stream is a brand new class offering that allows you to live-stream SoulCycle classes from the screen of your choice.
For this launch, we are using a separate system to purchase Studio Stream classes. We are working hard to bring this all into a single experience, so you'll be able to buy Studio Streams just like you buy an in-studio class.
SoulCycle Studio Stream classes are $20.00 USD. Class packages are not available at this time.
Right now, we don't have a way for you to convert your studio series directly to Studio Stream bookings. If this is something you'd like to suggest, let us know at email@example.com.
You can purchase a class up until the end of the live-stream. We recommend joining class within 10 minutes of the start time to ensure a safe and fulfilling experience.
You can share a link to a Studio Stream ride by clicking into the class, and then tapping “Share”.
Currently, SoulCycle Studio Stream is only available in the United States. As soon as we’re able to expand this offering into more countries, you’ll be the first to know.
We'll be making select Studio Streams available on the SoulCycle At-Home Bike very soon.
Yes, SoulCycle Studio Stream is a broadcast of SoulCycle classes happening live in SoulCycle studios. All riders in the these Studio Stream classes have been informed that the class will be filmed, and have consented to participating.
If you are riding in a studio with cameras, the SoulCycle crew will let you know ahead of time. If you aren’t comfortable being filmed, they will be happy to move you to a bike that will not be shown on the live-stream.

Let them know which class you were in, what happened, an if possible, the equipment you were using—they’ll be happy to help you out.
You will need a stationary bike, one set of weights (anywhere from 1 lb to 10 lb recommend), and cycling shoes. We also suggest having water and towel close by.
Instructors will have access to the names of riders who signed up for class in advance.
In the future, we hope to extend Studio Stream to more markets, more studios and more instructors.
SoulCycle is taking extra precautions to ensure the health and safety of our teams and riders during this unprecedented time. You can learn all of the details on the SoulCycle Standard of safety here.
SoulCycle Studio Stream classes look and feel just like the in-studio experience. We don’t have a clip available to share at this time. If you have any technical difficulties, or are not happy with your experience, just reach out to email@example.com following class and they’ll get you taken care of.
We’re currently testing and learning to try and create a hybrid of digital + in-studio experience. SoulCycle At-Home Bike riders will be able to watch two different types of SoulCycle classes live as we beta test and learn.
Variis Live: Live SoulCycle classes recorded at the Variis Live studio in NYC.
SoulCycle Studio Stream: Live SoulCycle classes recorded at the WVLG studio in NYC.
Both styles will be available on the SoulCycle At-Home Bike tablets starting on Tuesday, 8/15.
Variis Live SoulCycle classes are only available on the SoulCycle At-Home Bike.
SoulCycle Studio Stream classes are available to anybody here, regardless of whether or not they own a SoulCycle At-Home Bike.
For now, you can take live classes with the SoulCycle At-Home Bike featuring the existing Variis founding SoulCycle instructors on your tablet. Please feel free to take a look at SoulCycle Studio Stream class schedule and try out a instructor you haven’t ridden with before.
SoulCycle Studio Stream content and choreography was been designed to be performed on the SoulCycle Studio Bike, or the SoulCycle At-home Bike powered by Variis in accordance with our Bike Safety Instructions. If you intend to take a class using a non-SoulCycle piece of equipment, please check the equipment's safety manual/instructions prior to using it to participate in SoulCycle Studio Stream content. For the best experience, we recommend SoulCycle’s At-Home Bike, available here.
Not at all—do what feels comfortable for you. Sit when you need to and take class at your own pace.
Remember to stay hydrated and have plenty of water available to you for the duration of class.
If you are using a SoulCycle bike, turn the resistance knob to the right to increase resistance, and to the left to decrease resistance. If you need to stop suddenly, push down on the resistance knob. For your safety, you should always ride with at least one turn of resistance on your bike. For more information, please review our bike safety instructions.
Yes, you can absolutely take your first SoulCycle class using Studio Stream. For your first ride, we recommend going at your own pace and doing what is comfortable for you. We ride to the beat of the music, and your instructor will be giving cues throughout the class. If you have any questions before or after the class, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We welcome all levels at SoulCycle. SoulCycle is a 45-minute, full-body cardio workout, designed for all levels. Our classes include a short arms-series using hand weights, and a stretch at the end. Ride at the pace that is comfortable for you, and always feel free to sit down and take a break.
Once you access the live-stream from your phone or computer, consider casting the video to a TV and/or casting the audio to a Bluetooth or Sonos speaker for the best experience.
Yes. You can watch class from any Wi-Fi-enabled computer, tablet or phone.
We recommend a connection capable of at least 5 Mbps to experience Studio Stream at HD resolution.
On the player, locate the gear icon and click on “Quality”. Set the quality to Auto, or select a specific quality setting. The selected quality will apply to all videos viewed until the browser cache is cleared.
At the moment, Studio Stream is only available in the United States. We're currently working to bring the experience to an international audience.
Check the schedule to see what instructors will be teaching Studio Stream classes. If you want to recommend an instructor that you don’t currently see on the schedule, please email email@example.com, and they’ll get your feedback over to the Talent team.
Feel free to drop a note to firstname.lastname@example.org with the instructor name and class date/time, and we’ll make sure we get that playlist to you. You may also DM the instructor via social media and ask if they could send you the playlist directly.
Currently, SoulBeat is not available on Studio Stream. We’re actively working on making this feature available.
Thanks so much for letting us know—we’re just getting started, and we appreciate your feedback. Please email email@example.com and they will make sure your message is relayed to the Studio Stream team.
