Sign up between June 3 and June 10, pick a country you think will win, and ride 5 times between June 11 and July 19. If your country wins the tournament and you’ve completed 5 rides, you win a prize. If your country gets knocked out, you have 24 hours to pick a new one. You get three chances to pick a winner. Pick correctly on your first try and earn the best prize. Yes. Riders who sign up between June 3 and June 10 will receive a code via email for 20% off a 5-pack. The code must be redeemed and the 5-pack purchased before June 11. Classes in the pack expire July 19, 2026. This offer is available to US and UK riders.

After signing up, the World Soul 2026 tracker will be visible on your app homepage.

You can still sign up after June 10 and ride along with the challenge, but you will not be eligible for a prize. All rides between June 11 and July 19 will still count toward your country’s leaderboard ranking.

Yes. To be eligible for a prize, you must complete 5 rides between June 11 and July 19, 2026. That’s roughly one class per week for the duration of the tournament. You can ride whenever it works for you. There’s no weekly minimum.

When you sign up, you’ll be prompted to select a country from the 48 participating nations. A flag will appear next to your name in the app to show who you’re repping.

You’ll receive a notification when your country is eliminated and have 24 hours to select a new country. If you do not select a new country within 24 hours, you will no longer be eligible for a prize. Your ride count and leaderboard contribution will remain, but you will not qualify for a prize if your replacement country wins.

You can only change your country selection when your chosen country is knocked out of the tournament. You will have 24 hours to make a new selection at that point. You have three chances to pick the winner before you are no longer eligible for a prize.

The leaderboard shows the top 5 countries by total rides logged by riders who selected that country. Every ride you complete adds to your country’s total. The leaderboard is visible in the SoulCycle app and updates throughout the 39 days.

Every ride logged by every rider who selected a country counts toward that country’s total. The top 5 countries are displayed on the leaderboard at all times.

All paid, in-studio SoulCycle classes count toward your 5-ride goal. This includes:
• 45-minute and 60-minute classes – Each count as 1 ride
• 90-minute classes and SoulChallenges – Each count as 2 rides
• Doubles and triples

ClassPass riders are eligible to participate in the challenge by registering with their SoulCycle account to track progress. At-Home Bike rides do not count toward World Soul 2026.

Game Day Anthems are themed classes added to the schedule around high-profile tournament matches and match days in your market. Expect playlists built around football anthems, music from countries competing that day, and artists from participating nations. Look for “Game Day Anthems” or “Game Day Anthems: [Artist]” on the schedule. Wear your team’s jersey or colors.

They do not. All rides must be paid rides to count toward World Soul 2026. Classes booked through ClassPass trial, walk-in promos, and staff guest privileges are not eligible. All classes must be booked under the account you used to sign up for World Soul 2026 to count toward your goal.

If your selected country wins the tournament and you have completed 5 rides during the challenge, you will receive a prize based on which pick wins:

• First pick wins: Free class

• Second pick wins: BOGO class

• Third pick wins: 10% off a 10-pack

Prizes will be issued digitally on Friday, July 24, 2026. First pick winners will receive a complimentary class dropped directly into their account. Second pick winners will receive a BOGO code via email, redeemable for 30 days, with 30 days to take both classes after purchase. Third pick winners will receive a 10% off 10-pack code via email, redeemable for 30 days following the end of the challenge.

You must complete 5 paid rides between June 11 and July 19 to be eligible for a prize. Riders who have not met the ride requirement will not receive a prize regardless of their country selection.

  PRELIMINARY INFORMATION

  By entering in the World Soul 2026 Challenge (“World Soul 2026”), you accept and agree to be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”). World Soul 2026 is sponsored by SoulCycle LLC, located at 609 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10014 (“SoulCycle”). World Soul 2026 is subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations; void where prohibited by law.

  
  

  ELIGIBILITY

  World Soul 2026 is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and the United Kingdom who register to participate in World Soul 2026 between June 3, 2026 and June 10, 2026 and are at least 18 years of age as of the date they register to participate (each, an “Entrant”). Employees, independent contractors, officers, and directors of SoulCycle, its affiliates, its prize providers and each of their respective immediate family members (spouse/domestic partner, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to win. Individuals who are not in good standing with SoulCycle (e.g., due to past-due balances) or are not permitted to enter or ride at SoulCycle studios will not be eligible to enter or win.

  
  

  REGISTRATION

  All eligible Entrants must register to participate in World Soul 2026 by visiting the registration page at https://www.soul-cycle.com/world-soul/ and completing and submitting the form. Registration will begin on June 3, 2026 at 12:00 AM local time and close on June 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM local time (the “Registration Period”). Entrants who register after June 10, 2026 may still participate in the challenge but will not be eligible for a prize. Upon registration, each Entrant must select one (1) of the 48 participating nations as their chosen country (“Country Selection”). SoulCycle’s records govern and control all decisions related to registration and Country Selection.

  
  

  SIGN-UP INCENTIVE

  Eligible Entrants who complete registration during the Registration Period (June 3-10, 2026) will receive a promotional code via email entitling them to 20% off one (1) 5-pack purchase (the “Sign-Up Incentive”). The promotional code must be redeemed and the 5-pack purchased prior to June 11, 2026. Classes included in the 5-pack purchased using the Sign-Up Incentive will expire on July 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM local time. The Sign-Up Incentive is available to eligible US and UK Entrants. The Sign-Up Incentive is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be combined with any other offer. SoulCycle reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Sign-Up Incentive at any time.

  
  

  ENTRY PERIOD

  The entry period for World Soul 2026 (the “Entry Period”) is from June 11, 2026 at 12:00 AM local time through July 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM local time, where local time is determined based on the SoulCycle studio located closest to Entrant’s place of residence.

  
  

  HOW TO ENTER AND PARTICIPATE

  To be eligible for a prize, Entrants must: (1) register during the Registration Period (June 3-10, 2026); (2) select a Country during registration; and (3) complete five (5) paid, in-person SoulCycle classes (each, a “Class”) during the Entry Period.

  
  

  45-minute and 60-minute classes count as one (1) Class. 90-minute classes and SoulChallenges count as two (2) Classes. Doubles and triples each count as individual Classes. Classes completed on the SoulCycle At-Home Bike do not count. ClassPass riders are eligible to participate when classes are booked through a registered SoulCycle account.

  
  

  Only one bike booked per Class will count. Classes that are booked but where the Entrant does not check in will not count. Missed SOULs, guest passes, complimentary rides, walk-in promos, and staff guest privileges are not eligible. SoulCycle’s records govern and all decisions are final.

  
  

  PARTICIPATION IS LIMITED BASED ON CLASS SCHEDULE AND BIKE AVAILABILITY. SOULCYCLE’S STANDARD RULES FOR BOOKING, WAITLISTS, CANCELLATIONS, LATE CHECK-INS, AND PARTICIPATION IN CLASSES APPLY. ALL ENTRANTS MUST COMPLY WITH ALL STANDARD SOULCYCLE RULES, TERMS, CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS.

  
  

  SOULCYCLE ENCOURAGES YOU TO CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN PRIOR TO BEGINNING OR INTENSIFYING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM, AND TO SEE THEM ON A REGULAR BASIS. IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY PAIN OR DIFFICULTY WITH ANY PART OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY CLASS, STOP AND CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN RIGHT AWAY.

  
  

  COUNTRY SELECTION AND ELIMINATION

  Each Entrant selects one (1) Country upon registration (the “First Selection”). In the event that an Entrant’s First Selection is eliminated from the tournament, the Entrant will receive a notification and have twenty-four (24) hours to select a new Country (the “Second Selection”). If the Entrant does not make a Second Selection within 24 hours of the notification, the Entrant will no longer be eligible for a prize.

  
  

  If the Entrant’s Second Selection is also eliminated, the Entrant will have twenty-four (24) hours to make a third and final Country selection (the “Third Selection”) under the same terms. Failure to make a Third Selection within 24 hours will render the Entrant ineligible for a prize. No further selections beyond the Third Selection are permitted. Entrants who have exhausted all three selections without their chosen country winning the tournament are not eligible for a prize.

  
  

  Entrants may not voluntarily change their Country Selection at any time other than in response to an elimination notification.

  
  

  WINNER DETERMINATION

  The winner of the tournament shall be the nation declared champion by the governing body of the tournament. SoulCycle’s determination of the winning nation shall be final and binding. SoulCycle is not responsible for any disputes arising from the results of the tournament.

  
  

  PRIZES

  Entrants who have completed five (5) Classes during the Entry Period and whose Country Selection wins the tournament are eligible to receive a prize as follows:

  
  

  First Selection wins: One (1) complimentary SoulCycle class, dropped directly into the Entrant’s account.

  
  

  Second Selection wins: One (1) BOGO class, redeemable via a promotional code sent by email. Code is valid for 30 days from date of issue. Both classes must be taken within 30 days of purchase.

  
  

  Third Selection wins: 10% off one (1) 10-pack purchase, redeemable via a promotional code sent by email. Code is valid for 30 days from date of issue.

  
  

  Prizes are awarded on an individual basis only. Prizes are non-transferable, non-descendible, have no cash value, and may not be resold. All taxes resulting from accepting a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. SoulCycle reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater approximate retail value. Prizes will be awarded on or around July 24, 2026.

  
  

  LEADERBOARD

  World Soul 2026 features an in-app leaderboard displaying the top 5 countries by total rides logged by Entrants who have selected that country. The leaderboard is for engagement purposes only and does not affect prize eligibility. SoulCycle reserves the right to modify or remove the leaderboard at any time.

  
  

  COMMUNICATION WITH WINNERS

  SoulCycle will contact each eligible winner by email (using the email address on file with SoulCycle) on or about July 24, 2026. First Selection winners will receive a complimentary class dropped directly into their account. Second Selection winners will receive a BOGO code via email, redeemable for 30 days, with 30 days to take both classes after purchase. Third Selection winners will receive a 10% off 10-pack code via email, redeemable for 30 days following the end of the challenge. Winners must comply with any requirements communicated by SoulCycle within seven (7) business days of notification. If a winner does not respond or is deemed ineligible, SoulCycle may disqualify the winner and forfeit the prize.

  
  

  PRIVACY

  By entering and participating in World Soul 2026, each Entrant agrees to be bound by SoulCycle’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.soul-cycle.com/legal/privacy-policy. By entering, each Entrant grants SoulCycle permission to include Entrant’s full name and likeness on SoulCycle’s website, mobile app, social media accounts, or other marketing materials in connection with World Soul 2026.

  
  

  GENERAL RULES

  By entering World Soul 2026, Entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of SoulCycle, which shall be final and binding in all matters. SoulCycle is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected entries or communications; technical problems; fraud; typographical errors; or any factor beyond SoulCycle’s reasonable control. SoulCycle reserves the right to cancel, modify, terminate, or suspend World Soul 2026 in any manner deemed reasonable in its sole discretion.

  
  

  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, TAMPER WITH, OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF WORLD SOUL 2026, INCLUDING BY MANIPULATING ENTRIES OR ATTEMPTING TO OBTAIN ADDITIONAL ENTRIES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SOULCYCLE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY ENTRANT WHO ENGAGES IN SUCH AN ATTEMPT.

  
  

  By entering World Soul 2026, each Entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless SoulCycle and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and independent contractors from any and all liability arising out of participation in World Soul 2026 and/or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Claims may not be resolved through class action and shall be resolved individually.

  
  

  World Soul 2026 and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without reference to conflicts of laws principles, except for UK-based Entrants, for whom the laws of England will govern.
