WARRIOR WEEK: OFFICIAL RULES

1. PRELIMINARY INFORMATION: By participating in the Warrior Week Challenge (“Warrior Week” or “Giveaway”), you accept and agree to be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”). Warrior Week is sponsored by SoulCycle LLC, located at 609 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10014 (“SoulCycle”). Warrior Week is subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations; void where prohibited by law.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Warrior Week is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and the United Kingdom who register to participate in Warrior Week during the Registration Period and are at least 18 years of age as of the date they register to participate (each, a “Participant”). Employees, independent contractors, officers, and directors of SoulCycle, its affiliates, its gift providers and each of their respective immediate family members (spouse/domestic partner, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to receive a gift. Individuals who are not in good standing with SoulCycle (e.g., due to past-due balances) or are not permitted to enter or ride at SoulCycle studios will not be eligible to participate or receive a gift.

3. REGISTRATION: All eligible Participants must register to participate in Warrior Week by visiting the registration page at https://www.soul-cycle.com/warrior-week/ and completing and submitting the form during the Registration Period. Registration will begin on February 2, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM GMT and continue until February 16, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PST (the “Registration Period”).  

4. PARTICIPATION PERIOD: The participation period for Warrior Week begins February 10, 2026 at 12:00 AM local time and ends February 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM local time, where local time is determined based on the SoulCycle studio where participation occurs (the “Participation Period”)

5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:  To receive the Gift described below, eligible Participants must register during the Registration Period and complete four (4) paid, in-person SoulCycle classes at a participating SoulCycle Studio location (each, a “Class”) during the Participation Period. While a Participant will designate a “home studio” during registration, a Class may be completed at any participating SoulCycle Studio location to count toward the total number of Classes completed. Forty-five (45) minute and sixty (60) minute classes will count as one “Class” towards the total Classes completed and ninety (90) minute classes will count as two (2) “Classes” towards the total Classes completed. While the date of each Class must occur within the Participation Period, a Class can be booked prior to the start of the Participation Period and Registration Period. All Classes completed during the Participation Period will count toward Warrior Week, including Classes completed prior to a Participant’s registration. Classes completed before the Participation Period begins will not count toward the total number of Classes completed.   

If a Participant books more than one bike for a single Class, only one booking will count toward the total number of Classes completed. All rides taken must be paid rides in order to be counted towards Warrior Week. Classes that are booked through the ClassPass trial are not eligible to be counted throughout Warrior Week. Classes purchases during promotional periods like January $50 for Two Weeks and 26% off Soul Renew do count. Classes that are booked but for which the Participant does not check in with the Studio will not count toward the total number of Classes completed. Classes completed on the SoulCycle At-Home Bike do not count toward the total number of Classes completed.

All eligible Participants must book and complete Classes in accordance with SoulCycle standard policies and procedures. SoulCycle’s records govern and control, and all decisions related to the number of Classes completed by a Participant will be in SoulCycle’s sole discretion and will be final and binding upon Participant. Participants are limited to three (3) eligible Classes per day.

PARTICIPATION IS LIMITED BASED ON CLASS SCHEDULE AND BIKE AVAILABILITY. SOULCYCLE’S STANDARD RULES FOR BOOKING, WAITLISTS, CANCELLATIONS, LATE CHECK-INS (INCLUDING REASSIGNING BIKES 4 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS STARTS), AND PARTICIPATION IN CLASSES APPLY. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLY WITH ALL STANDARD SOULCYCLE RULES, TERMS, CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING BY COMPLETING ANY RIDER WAIVERS OR RELEASES.

SOULCYCLE CLASSES ARE STRENUOUS AND PHYSICALLY DEMANDING.  IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT YOU DO NOT EXCEED YOUR PHYSICAL LIMITS OR OVER-EXERT YOURSELF.  IF YOU CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GIVEAWAY, YOU ASSUME THESE RISKS OR YOUR OWN FREE WILL AND ACCORD.

SOULCYCLE ENCOURAGES YOU TO CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN PRIOR TO BEGINNING OR INTENSIFYING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM, AND TO SEE THEM ON A REGULAR BASIS. IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY PAIN OR DIFFICULTY WITH ANY PART OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY CLASS, STOP AND CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN RIGHT AWAY.

5. GIFT: Subject to verification, a Participant who completes all of the required steps described above in accordance with these Official Rules, is entitled to receive one (1) 12.5fl.oz. by Uni and one (1) Terry Cloth Dopp Kitt (together, a “Gift”). ARV of the Gift is approximately $ 43 / £ 32.Additionally, Participants that register for Warrior Week no later than February 9, 2026 at 11:59:59 pm PT will receive a discount code for 40% off a 12-pack of Koia Smoothies redeemable on Koia’s site at checkout. Discount subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the issuer. Gifts are received “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by SoulCycle. Gifts are non-transferable, non-descendible, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be resold. SoulCycle reserves the right to substitute any Gift with a different item of equal or greater approximate retail value. A Gift may not be received if, among other things, a Participant does not meet the eligibility requirements or the Gift is not properly claimed.

6. HOW TO CLAIM THE GIFT: Following the end of the Participation Period, Participants who have successfully completed registration and four (4) Classes in accordance with these Rules will receive an email from SoulCycle email (using the email address then on-file with SoulCycle)  within 7 business days notifying them that they are eligible to receive a gift. Participant is responsible for keeping contact information current and SoulCycle will not be responsible for any issues associated with incorrect or outdated contact information. Limit one (1) Gift per person. Gifts must be claimed within thirty (30) days from Sponsor notification from the studio Participant identified as their “home studio” during registration. If Gifts will be fulfilled through a different process than set forth in these Rules, such process will be communicated to participants by SoulCycle. If SoulCycle’s initial email notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the gift recipient is otherwise deemed ineligible, not in compliance with these Official Rules, or declines to accept the Gift, SoulCycle may, in its sole discretion, forfeit the Gift without further notice.

7. PRIVACY: By participating in Warrior Week, Participant acknowledges that SoulCycle will process Participant’s data in accordance with  SoulCycle’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.soul-cycle.com/legal/privacy-policy. By participating in Warrior Week, each Participant grants SoulCycle permission to include Participant’s full name, likeness (including any photos or videos taken at or during a Class) on SoulCycle’s website, mobile app, social media accounts or other marketing materials and channels and/or otherwise in a publicly-available winners list or announcement.

8. GENERAL RULES: By participating in Warrior Week, Participant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of SoulCycle, which shall be final and binding in all matters, and Participant represents to SoulCycle that it is eligible to participate in Warrior Week and that all information it provides is and will be accurate. SoulCycle is not responsible for (1) incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected registrations, Gifts, notifications or other communications (including without limitation as a result of any e-mail filtering by an Participant’s ISP, or e-mail provider, insufficient space in a user’s email account or errors or losses of any postal or delivery service); (2) technical problems (including without limitation malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof); (3) fraud; (4) typographical or other error in the printing or display of Warrior Week materials, including the Official Rules or Gift descriptions, administration of any part of Warrior Week or announcement of the Gifts or the gift recipients; or (5) any factor beyond SoulCycle’s reasonable control that may impair the integrity, security, fairness, or proper functioning or administration of any part of Warrior Week. As a result of any of the foregoing errors, failures or factors or for any other reason (including without limitation an unanticipated occurrence not fully addressed in these Official Rules) SoulCycle reserves the right to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend Warrior Week (or any part thereof), or modify these Official Rules, in any manner deemed reasonable by SoulCycle in its sole discretion. Notice of any cancellation, modification, suspension or termination will be posted on the SoulCycle website.

Subject to the laws in the relevant jurisdictions, any questions relating to participation or the gift will be resolved in SoulCycle’s sole discretion and its decisions about any related matter will be final and binding. Gift provider/issuer is not in any way involved with the administration or sponsorship of this Giveaway. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, TAMPER WITH OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF ANY PART OF WARRIOR WEEK, INCLUDING BY MANIPULATING ENTRIES OR ATTEMPTING TO OBTAIN ADDITIONAL ENTRIES, WHETHER THROUGH ROBOTIC, AUTOMATED OR OTHER MEANS, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND SOULCYCLE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY, AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW FROM, ANY PARTICIPANT WHO ENGAGES IN SUCH AN ATTEMPT. ANY PARTICIPANT THAT PROVIDES INCOMPLETE OR INACCURATE DETAILS, IS INELIGIBLE TO ENTER, DOES NOT FOLLOW ALL POLICIES OF SOULCYCLE, OR VIOLATES OR ACTS IN VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

By participating in Warrior Week, each Participant hereby agrees (and agrees to confirm in writing), on behalf of himself/herself and his/her heirs and assigns, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to (1) release, discharge and hold harmless SoulCycle, its Gift providers, and its and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and independent contractors (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability (including damages caused or claimed to be caused), loss, injury, illness, death, or litigation arising out of Warrior Week, participation in the Warrior Week, and/or acceptance, use or misuse of any Gift; and (2) indemnify the Released Parties from any and all liability arising out of Warrior Week. Each Participant hereby acknowledges that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Gift, including express warranties provided exclusively by Gift suppliers that may be sent along with any Gift. Participants assume all liability for any injury, illness or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by Warrior Week, participation in the Warrior Week, and/or acceptance, use or misuse of any Gift. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action and shall be resolved individually. Participant further agrees (x) under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (y) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs; (z) ’Participant’s remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and Participant irrevocably waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability, so the above may not apply to every Participant. Warrior Week, these Official Rules, and any claims or disputes arising hereunder, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without reference to its conflicts of laws principles, and Participant expressly agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the competent federal, state and local courts located in New York County, New York; however, for Participants who are residents of the United Kingdom only, the laws of England will instead govern and control, and such UK-based Participants expressly agree to submit to

The exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of competent jurisdiction located in London, England If any portion of these Official Rules is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, (a) such portion shall be modified to the least extent necessary to render it valid and consistent with applicable law, (b) such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other portion of these Official Rules, and (c) the remainder of these Official Rules shall continue in full force and effect. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Warrior Week materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
