Turn it Up is our 30-day challenge that invites you to ride 10, 20, 30 or 50 times between April 22 - May 21, 2025. The more you ride, the bigger the prize waiting for you at the finish line.

Official participation in Turn it Up is limited to riders who have registered via www.soul-cycle.com or the SoulCycle app. Good news is - riders can join in on the fun up until the last day of the challenge! To join the Turn it Up challenge, sign up between Monday, April 14 through May 21, 2025 at 11:59PM PST. Then, ride 10+ times between April 22 - May 21 to complete the challenge.

Note: ClassPass riders are eligible to participate in the challenge by registering with their SoulCycle account to track progress.

Sign up between April 14 - May 21 on our website or the SoulCycle app. To check if you are signed up please check your app for the Turn it Up tracker, as it will show on the homepage. If you can see your challenge progress, you’re all set. When you come in to ride, you may also ask your local studio crew to help confirm if you’re registered!

You can sign up for Turn it Up during the challenge and up until the final day of the challenge. The final day for you to sign up in order for your rides to be counted toward Turn it Up is May 21, 2025 at 11:59PM PST. All rides between April 22 until May 21 will count towards your goal even if you sign up throughout the challenge.

Nope! You can ride solo or ride with friends.

There is a 50-rider maximum on a team.

We have offered a 5-Ride tier exclusively to riders who are newer to riding at SoulCycle. Our goal is to make the challenge feel accessible and doable no matter where you're starting from. If you're just getting into the rhthym with us, this tier is designed to help you build confidence, routine and momentum to keep going.

Because the 5-Ride tier is designed as an entry-point, it isn't available to all riders, just specifically to those who are still getting into their riding routine with us. Your eligibility for the 5-Ride tier will be reflected in the SoulCycle App.

The Turn it Up challenge is limited to in-studio classes only. 

Absolutely! Every class you take from April 22 through May 21 counts toward the challenge — doubles and triples included.

SoulChallenges and 90-minute classes will count for two classes. That’s right- you’re two classes closer to reaching your goal.

Beyond the satisfaction of pushing yourself to accomplish this goal, depending on which goal you choose, all Turn it Up finishers will receive either Soul Early credit, classes, exclusive Turn it Up merchandise, or other branded merchandise.

10 Rides: Mini Canvas Tote + $25 Soul Shop Retail Credit

20 Rides: Two-Tone Embroidered Hat + 1 Class

30 Rides: Nest Candle - Grapefruit Scented + 2 Classes

50 Rides: Nest Candle & Reed Diffuser - Grapefruit Scented + 3 Classes

They do not. You must complete the SoulCycle class in order for the class to count toward achieving your goal. All rides taken must be paid rides in order to be counted towards Turn it Up. Classes that are booked through the ClassPass trial, staff, staff guest and walk-in promos are not eligible to be counted throughout the challenge. Though these classes may show up on your ride tracker, they do not count toward your final ride total, therefore, eligibility to claim a prize. All classes must be booked under the account you used to sign up for Turn it Up to count toward your goal. 

Great question. Unfortunately, prizes are not stackable.

Any digital prize (i.e. SoulEarly, Class Pack Discounts, and/or Retail Credits) will automatically be dropped into riders’ accounts in the region that they signed up for at the end of the challenge, on or around May 23, 2025. Any physical prize (i.e. apparel, merchandise) will be picked up in the studio based on the studio you chose upon challenge sign-up. A list of riders by home studio will be provided to the studio teams for reference. After the challenge is completed, you will receive an email notification that your prize is ready for pick up. Riders may begin picking up physical prizes at their home studio on or around May 30, 2025.  

Class Credits for the 10, 20, 30 and 50-ride goal have an expiration date of 15 days from when they are dropped into eligible rider accounts and unfortunately are not eligible for extension.
