We’re writing to update you about how access to the Studio Stream will soon change. On January 1st, Studio Stream will no longer be available on stream.soul-cycle.com. We are hitting pause while we work with our partners at Variis to offer more seamless delivery of our live, in-studio rides. In the interim, Studio Stream classes will continue to be available through the at-home bike and the Variis app.
As we enter this new chapter, we want to express deep gratitude for the support you have given us over the past year as we experimented with live streaming classes and acknowledge how far you have helped us come. When Soul classes were canceled indefinitely on March 17th and our doors were shut during the months that followed, we missed being able to connect with you in studios and gained new appreciation for what it means to ride together as a community. While we couldn’t see you on a bike, we set out to bring the spirit of Soul studios into your home. The studio is a sacred space for us and, at first, bringing in cameras and lights without disturbing the sanctuary seemed like too great a challenge. Your support was essential to our success. Your willingness to test this out and dedication to helping us make it better has been overwhelming. As we iterated and pushed ahead, every great idea and bit of feedback you voiced encouraged us never to stray from the authentic, raw studio experience that you know and love.
