From January 23, 2024 through January 28, 2024, first time digital customers and customers that have logged on the Sweetgreen app within the past year (i.e., as of January 2023) will receive to their sweetgreen account an offer for a one-week Sweetpass+ free trial provided said customers are not then current Sweetpass+ members or have previously been Sweetpass+ members. Such trial is subject to the Sweetpass Program Agreement and any additional terms and conditions that may be associated with the promotional offer disclosed at sign-up or provided to Member. Availability of a free trial is not guaranteed and, if one is available, is only available on the specified terms of the free trial offer. If you wish to cancel your free trial period prior to being charged the $10 Sweetpass+ monthly fee plus applicable taxes, you must cancel your free trial period at least 48 hours before the expiration of your free trial period in accordance with the instructions for cancellation in Section 8(B) of the Sweetpass Program Agreement, including in the “sweetpass membership” section in the App or at order.sweetgreen.com.  If you timely cancel your membership at any time before the 48 hours period prior to the end of your free trial, you will not continue to receive the Sweetpass+ benefits for the remainder of your free trial period. We provide notice of the terms of the free trial at the time you sign up and you will not receive a separate notice that your free trial is about to end or has ended, or that your paid membership has begun, unless required by law in particular jurisdictions. If you fail to timely cancel your free trial period, you will be charged $10 per month plus applicable taxes to your chosen payment method provided at the time you signed up for your free trial

Offer available to new (i.e., those who have never ridden with SoulCycle before) and existing (i.e., those who have ridden with SoulCycle before) riders only who have also signed up for a Sweetpass+ trial. The Soul Renew subscription will renew automatically on a continuous month-to-month basis after an initial one (1) month period until your subscription is canceled by you or by SoulCycle pursuant to the terms of the Soul Renew cancellation policy HERE.  Classes will be refilled automatically every month and there will be a recurring charge to you based on the number of classes elected upon this first purchase at the standard non-promotional rate stated for that number of classes on the www.soul-cycle.com site following a 25% discount to be applied to the first thirty (30) days of purchase of any 4-pack, 8-pack, 12-pack, or 16-pack class subscription for new Soul Renew customers when purchased between January 23, 2024 and January 28, 2024.  There is a minimum one (1) monthly billing cycle commitment for any Soul Renew purchase made between January 23, 2024 and January 28, 2024, after which cancellations may be made up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the next billing cycle pursuant to the cancellation policy below.  Soul Renew class packs expire after thirty days and unused classes will not roll over to the following month. For purchases made between January 23, 2024 and January 28, 2024, Soul Renew may be canceled any time after the first monthly billing cycle by emailing yoursoulmatters@soul-cycle.com at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being billed for the following month.
