You challenged us to challenge you.
This is SoulActivate.
SoulActivate: a 45-minute high-intensity interval and strength training class on the bike. Think heart rate variation, timed interval pushes and an extra weight series with heavier weights. You, stronger.
SoulActivate Survivor: a 60-minute version of our classic SoulActivate class. This longer class format is perfect for anyone looking to get even more out of their workout and push themselves beyond their limits.
The 45-minute and 60-minute class formats are currently being offered in New York City, LA, San Francisco, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia and Washington D.C.
We spent months working with Janet Fitzgerald, Senior Master Instructor and Director of Instructor Training, Marvin Foster Jr., Master Instructor and Director of Talent Acquisition and Program Development, and a team of athletic engineers to bring you an all-new class designed to challenge your body in an entirely different way. SoulActivate is an athletic-based high-intensity interval training and strength class in which we use recovery as a tool and resistance as a way of unleashing our inner athlete. Let your instructor become your coach, your fellow riders become your teammates in this 60-minute session. Given the athletic intensity of the class, SoulActivate is recommended for riders who have taken 10 or more SoulCycle classes.
