SoulCycle Instructor Training Program
For selected candidates, we offer the chance to attend our prestigious Instructor Training Program at our headquarters in New York City. It's a chance to deepen your skills, connect with our community and embody the SoulCycle spirit.
The length of SoulCycle’s Instructor Training Program will be between 5-7 weeks. Each group includes one week of Community Rides and a day reserved for Onboarding.
Candidates who are chosen to attend our training program will split their time training both in New York City and in their regional market.
The 2025 Fall Instructor Training will begin early November.
Be prepared to attend Monday through Friday for 2 - 4 hours each day for the duration of 5 - 7 weeks. All training hours are mid-day (EST time zone).
The training program is intended to provide you with the tools needed to teach a branded SoulCycle class, but does not guarantee employment.
Training will take place both in-person and virtually.
Qualifications
Strong preference for 2+ years of professional teaching experience in group fitness
Strong preference for candidates able to train in New York City
Must be well-versed in basic anatomy, kinesiology, and exercise modifications for all populations of riders
Open-minded and eager to learn SoulCycle’s method and continue professional development and education
Must have access to phone and email communication
Must have access to a laptop computer, preferably a Mac
Must excel at hospitality and customer service
