What is SoulCycle doing to keep riders and employees healthy?

  • We are using a EPA-approved cleaning solution for all studio cleaning needs.

  • Alcohol-based hand sanitizer and wipes are available to our riders at the front desk and around the studio for easy access and convenient use.

  • We will continue to follow updates and protocol suggested by the CDC, Department of Public Health, and other credible agencies to best ensure the safety of our riders.

What can you do to keep yourself and your SoulFam healthy?

There are everyday preventive actions recommended by the CDC that we each can take to help limit the spread of respiratory diseases, including:

  • Stay home if you’re feeling sick. We’ll be honoring all late cancellations for those of you who aren’t feeling well. Call your studio or email  yoursoulmatters@soul-cycle.com if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom, before eating, and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

  • If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

We appreciate your attention and precaution. If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, we’re always here for you—just reach out to us at yoursoulmatters@soul-cycle.com.
