Growing up a dancer, Emily has always had a natural affinity for all things movement. Whether she's teaching SoulCycle, running a marathon, or digging deeper into her own yoga practice, Emily is always on the move. Combining her zest for living life to fullest with her fitness experience on the bike, teaching barre, bootcamp, dance, partner workouts and private training, Emily has a positive way of motivating. Her classes are athletic, fluid, and challenging, with a goal to work the body and free the mind.
