What's your Soul Story?

Ava’s journey began as a rider at ANBR during her sophomore year of college. What started as an escape quickly became something deeper—a place to connect and push limits. After graduating, she moved to New York City, where she worked the front desk at WVLG, immersing herself in the energy of the studio and the community that first inspired her. Now, returning to Ann Arbor to begin her career as an instructor, her journey comes full circle. She brings with her a perspective shaped by experience, a deep passion for movement, and a strong sense of connection. Ava approaches every ride as an opportunity to transform a room of individuals into something greater—a connected, moving, feeling community.
