What's your Soul Story?

What Eric loves most about SoulCycle is how it turns movement into connection. Every ride, there’s a rhythm that brings everyone together — the music, the pedals, the energy of the room — and for that moment, everyone is moving as one. The room is a space where my riders can push themselves physically, feel their strength, and be fully present, while also being part of something bigger than themselves. That combination of personal challenge and shared energy is what makes every class feel so powerful, and why we all keep coming back: for the movement, for the music, and for the community we create.
