What's your Soul Story?

Born and raised in Michigan, Liv has always been deeply involved in athletics and movement. She discovered SoulCycle in high school and instantly fell in love with its community and energy and she never looked back. From riding to working Studio Crew, SoulCycle quickly became home. Driven by determination and grit, Liv made her way to the podium, where she now works to create a space that empowers others to be their true selves. Her goal is to foster an environment where you’re not only encouraged to show up as you are, but also feel safe enough to release whatever you need to let go of. With a variety of music, Liv hopes to create a space where you can hone into your power and confidence, but most importantly follow your dreams!
