What's your Soul Story?

Born and raised in New Jersey and a child of two Polish immigrants, Gabi was the type of kid who would dance down the aisles of the grocery store (and totally still does). Growing up she participated in dance and theater, eventually finding group fitness through her love of movement, music, and community. Gabi’s goal is to foster an energizing environment where people from all walks of life are able to come together and release their inhibitions. Whether it be dancing to the beat or sharing in the emotions of a soulful moment, Gabi hopes that her classes are a daily reminder that not everything has to be so serious, and finding joy in movement while tapping into your true power is possible.
