What's your Soul Story?

SoulCycle has been Ava’s dream job since she stepped foot in a studio at age 14. While she’s never lived anywhere near a SoulCycle until now, she’s excited to make Dallas home and build community in a new city. Ava thrives in a room of people who cheer each other on and lift one another up with each pedal stroke. To her, SoulCycle is so much more than just a workout- it's a place for riders to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect to themselves. Her goal is always simple, for riders to walk out of the studio doors feeling better than when they walked in.
