What's your Soul Story?

Missy hails from Houston, TX, and has deep love for her city. Growing up, Missy had always been an athlete, but after giving birth to her daughter, it was difficult finding time to move her body. A dear friend brought her to SoulCycle, and while the workout was humbling, she got a little piece of herself back in that dark room. After years of riding both in studio and on the Soul At-Home bike, she got her joy back, and knew she wanted to inspire others the way she was inspired. The journey from rider to instructor has proven to Missy that no matter what age you are, you can still live out your passions- and SoulCycle is hers.
