Born and raised on the Central Coast, Jam is a beach girl at heart who brings sunny vibes and glass-half-full energy into every room. Outgoing by nature and passionate about people, she discovered SoulCycle while studying Marketing in college. She instantly knew she’d found something special- the combo of music, movement, and community felt like home. It wasn’t long before she traded in a desk for the bike. For her, the candlelit room is a space to get grounded, let go, and connect—with yourself and with the people around you. Her classes are all about high energy, good vibes, and meaningful moments. She’s here to challenge you, cheer you on, and help you feel strong and supported—both on and off the bike!
