Paisley is a Bay Area native with a passion for movement and a playlist that always hits. With experience teaching yoga, high-intensity Pilates, and now SoulCycle, she brings the heat to every class. She has a sharp eye for form, a soft spot for Hip-Hop and R&B, and blends sweat, strength, and fun in equal measure. Expect high energy, a soulful ride, and maybe a dance break or two.
