What's your Soul Story?

Avery, a DMV native, played lacrosse for 11 years before retiring from the sport to head to college in DC. While there, she sought a new physical outlet and discovered SoulCycle, igniting her passion for cycling and the transformative power of music, movement, and connection. She instantly knew this was where she belonged. Through her own fitness journey, Avery now leads her classes by encouraging riders to embrace growth and to show up as their most empowered selves. Outside of the classroom, you can find her with her husky dog glued to her hip.
