Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Rob is excited to bring his energetics and high vibrations to SoCal. With a strong classical dance background, Rob thrives in moving rhythmically and anatomically, stressing the importance of mind body connection. He first discovered SoulCycle Winter of 2018 in NYC and immediately knew he had a calling. After shifting focus and prioritizing his career in the fitness Industry, SoulCycle was a no brainer. Rob’s love for community and togetherness is the most apparent throughout his classes, with the constant reminder to his riders that they are capable of living the exact life they desire to lead. Authenticity, Community, Strength, and High vibrations are the pillars of his energy in both life and at SoulCycle. Expect House, Techno, Disco, and everything in between.
