Born in Texas, raised in the DMV, Sasha is a proud 1st generation Nigerian American who believes our mindset is where all change begins and where we find the courage to show up as our truest self. Sasha is passionate about building a bigger table where all feel welcome regardless of race, ethnicity, body size, sexuality, or ability. Her goal is to know that once you enter her room, you are never alone. That you leave feeling empowered, high on energy, ready to create the life you want to live, and be YOU- on & off the bike.
