Growing up a three-sport athlete, Mat has always been passionate about team sports. Post college, Mat competed in triathlons and trained clients, but missed the energy and passion that teams share. At SoulCycle, Mat takes an athletic approach to coach and encourage riders to keep writing their story and let it be celebrated by the team around them.
