What's your Soul Story?

Alejandra brings her adventurous, fun loving spirit to the bike by way of small town MA. The pursuit of a Masters Degree in Journalism brought her to NYC where she discovered SoulCycle and found a new outlet for her creative, athletic energy. Since early 2012, this former soccer player, turned runner, sweat it out as a rider, getting closer to her happiest self with each peddle stroke. She brings this passion to each class, where she encourages riders to let go of expectation and have fun while riding to the beat. Don’t let her chill demeanor and 5’1’’ frame fool you. All bets are off once the lights go down and the music gets turned up!
