Originally from Miami Beach, Florida, Alex is finally bringing her fire and SOUL back to her hometown. Coming from a dance background, Alex was instantly drawn to SoulCycle and began riding daily in 2014. In 2015, she began her SoulCycle career teaching in DC while finishing college at the George Washington Univerity. Since then, she has taught at 30+ studios, bringing her energy and commitment to building SoulCycle rooms across the regions. From the District, to NYC, the Hamptons and Miami, Alex has led her riders with a strong focus on rhythm, resistance, power and release. Alex’s class offers a strengths-based approach to growth, serving all levels of experience. With an eclectic mix of music, upbeat energy and strong motivational coaching, there is something for everyone to find in Alex’s class.
