What's your Soul Story?

Born and raised in New York, Talia was no stranger to fitness. Growing up in a house full of athletes (oldest of four) and a football coach as a father, she knows the true meaning of hard work and grit. After attending FIT in NYC, Talia found her SOUL in 2014 when applying for a SoulCycle HQ job and it genuinely changed her life. SoulCycle gave her the confidence to start building the life she always wanted and deserved. Now, Talia aims to give back to the SOUL community from the podium. Expect to transcend into an atmosphere that will welcome and inspire you to re-imagine what it means to be YOU in her class!
