What's your Soul Story?

Claudia was born in Greenpoint, Brooklyn and raised on a strict pierogi diet. She was a professional dancer before an injury introduced her to the fitness career in 2014. Her diverse training, from Pilates to HIIT, barre to TRX, will help elevate your form, build your strength and lift your SOUL. She moved to San Francisco for 4 years to teach for SoulCycle, but has found her way back home to complete nursing school. Claudia’s passion for moving is outshined only by her passion to keep other’s moving and healthy. Sit in her front row, laugh at her dad jokes (or maybe don’t encourage her), and you’re solid.
