What's your Soul Story?

Rachel brings her quirky and fun SOUL from Austin, TX. On a last minute trip to NY, she stumbled upon SOUL and instantly fell in love. With her passion for dance and fitness, she knew that becoming and instructor was exactly where she needed to be! She spent the next couple of years expanding her SOUL in LA before moving to the East Coast. She finds comfort and strength with every beat of music. Rachel uses each class as an opportunity to lose herself in the candle-lit room and the feeling of community & teamwork is what fuels her to motivate each ride.
