Any kind of smoothie with fresh fruit and veggies.

High energy; a place to let loose. I've also heard, "most likely to make you quit your day job."



FOOD I EAT EVERY DAY IS…  
My breakfast is pretty consistent — I eat an apple with almond butter every day. The apple is packed with fiber, vitamins and carbs; and the almond butter has a lot of protein and fat. Delicious combination!

CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT MY… 
Computer... seriously, more than my phone!

BEST BOOK EVER IS… 
The New New Thing by Michael Lewis. After working for DoubleClick in the late 90s, I have been hooked on tech and this book exposed the mindset of an entrepreneur, who kept creating...new things. I love this kind of spirit, even if it goes in a wacky direction.
 
FAVORITE MOVE ON THE BIKE IS…

Sleep as much as you can. It's the fountain of youth. My motto is “Don't let anyone sleep shame you.”

MY FAVORITE SNACK IS…  
Bananas are my go-to now because they are easy and filling.

PEOPLE DESCRIBE MY CLASS AS... 
Energetic, intense, informative and fun. I make sure the room knows how to get stronger and believes in themselves so they can step outside of their comfort zone — and if you jump into my theme rides, get ready to sing… we go full concert mode!
