We’ve been on the smoothie bandwagon for as long as we can remember. Smoothies are a great way to help you meet your daily fruit and veggie requirement, plus you’re guaranteed 100 percent of the fiber from the produce! Try out three of our favorite go-to’s below: 

½ cup frozen (or fresh) blueberries 
½ cup frozen (or fresh) strawberries
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 generous tablespoon nonfat Greek yogurt 
1 tablespoon chia seeds 

Blend and enjoy!

½ can pumpkin puree
1 frozen banana 
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cinnamon 

Blend and enjoy!

⅓ cup raw spinach
1 frozen banana 
⅓ cup soy milk
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
Dash of cinnamon 

Blend and enjoy!
