HOMETOWN: Bellport, New York

MOMENT I FELL IN LOVE WITH SOUL: In 2009 I took one of my first SoulCycle classes at East 83rd Street when it was a small studio. It was definitely the energy and feeling of community that drew me in right away. Also, my first "AH-HA" moment ("I got it! I got it!" after about ten classes) was with now Master instructor, Melanie Griffith, and I literally felt my whole life change. I have been hooked ever since.

WHEN YOU LEAVE MY CLASS, YOU FEEL: Empowered. Stronger, happier and braver. My wish for people whenever they leave my class is knowing that they did their best and hopefully, got more than what they showed up for.

IN MY GYM BAG: My daily gym bag is huge for my 5-foot-3 self but it carries a full day of workout gear and essentials! To name a few things: Dickinsons/Simple package of cleansing cloths, mini contact solution, daily face moisturizer by Clinique, vitamins, brush, Clairsonic brush, Fresh soy cleanser for face, in-ear headphones, small makeup bag (waterproof eyeliner + lip gloss + mascara + bb cream), pocket hand sanitizer, extra clothes for working out especially socks, essential oils (love a calming lavender or something floral), lip balm, emergency ibuprofen and allergy medicine, A&D ointment, extra contacts, sunglasses and some kind of bar (emergency snack for the "hangry" moments).

BIGGEST INSPIRATION: My parents! They have shown my sister and me what it’s like to be brave, to embrace change and to work hard. Their love and support is undeniable as well. I make sure to do everything for them as well as myself.

FAVORITE POST-WORKOUT SNACK: A smoothie! My go-to combo is: ice, protein (almond butter and/or powder) and hemp milk, kale, spinach, frozen banana and dates! If there is no smoothie bar or if I am in a rush, I just combine a scoop of clean protein powder with almond milk/water. I like Sun Warrior Protein Powder.

HOW I HYDRATE: H20, the natural way; 10 gulps every time you put a glass or bottle to your mouth is a great rule. I also really LOVE fresh or 100 percent pure coconut water, nature’s Gatorade, so sweet and refreshing.

CURRENT HEALTHY OBSESSION: No refined sugars or processed foods. Great rule: Try NOT to unwrap your food (as often as possible or most of the day).

BOOK I CAN READ OVER AND OVER: The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein

PLACE I’VE ALWAYS WANTED TO VISIT: Australia is tied with South America!

HOMETOWN: Walnut Creek, California

MOMENT I FELL IN LOVE WITH SOUL: Honestly, I think it was my third or fourth class. It took me a few classes before I started to catch the beat and get the choreography. But once I did, it was love at first tap back.

WHEN YOU LEAVE MY CLASS, YOU FEEL: Accomplished, happy, and (of course) sweaty.

IN MY GYM BAG: I always have my computer, headphones, mismatched socks, a change of clothes and chapstick.

BIGGEST INSPIRATION: The riders! Everyone in the SOUL community is so unique, but they all have amazing stories of strength and transformation that continue to inspire me.

FAVORITE POST-WORKOUT SNACK: A peanut butter thinkThin bar or a Protein Box from Starbucks. It’s borderline embarrassing how much I like them.

HOW I HYDRATE: Smart Water with Nuun (and margaritas)

CURRENT HEALTHY OBSESSION: All of the fruit. It’s summer, duh.

BOOK I CAN READ OVER AND OVER: The Five People You Meet in Heaven by Mitch Albom.

PLACE I’VE ALWAYS WANTED TO VISIT: Big Sur.

HOMETOWN: Well, to be honest, I've always felt like a rolling stone.

MOMENT I FELL IN LOVE WITH SOUL: My first venture to UNSQ, in NYC. It was a, "whoa, what just happened?” moment (in a good way).

WHEN YOU LEAVE MY CLASS, YOU FEEL: "Whoa, what just happened?”

IN MY GYM BAG: Keys, wallet, phone, MacBook, and SOUL clothes to ride in.

BIGGEST INSPIRATION: Watching someone fail after they try something really hard. Failure is always looked down upon but it's so necessary for everyone to go through.

FAVORITE POST-WORKOUT SNACK: In and Out.

HOW I HYDRATE: Water.

CURRENT HEALTHY OBSESSION: I'm kind of on a boxer's diet but obsessed is a strong word for how I feel about it.

PLACE I’VE ALWAYS WANTED TO VISIT: Paris.

HOMETOWN: West Suffield, Connecticut

MOMENT I FELL IN LOVE WITH SOUL: My first class with Heather A. at Union Street almost two years ago! I rode behind my sister and her roommate Claire. When the woman next to me found out it was my first time, she warned me that she liked to yell and I was ALL in it with her.

WHEN YOU LEAVE MY CLASS, YOU FEEL: Like a BAD ASS.

IN MY GYM BAG: A spare set of clothes, Pureology 21 Essential Benefits Spray (this will change your life), a Wet Brush, headphones and my computer.

BIGGEST INSPIRATION: My sister — you can catch her riding at the Castro studio ALL the time.

FAVORITE POST-WORKOUT SNACK: Any fruit — blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, watermelon.

HOW I HYDRATE: Frost Blue Gatorade!

CURRENT HEALTHY OBSESSION: Watermelon Water

BOOK I CAN READ OVER AND OVER: American Gods by Neil Gaiman. You understand more and more every time you read it AND Starz is creating a TV show after it.

WHEN YOU LEAVE MY CLASS, YOU FEEL: Accomplished

IN MY GYM BAG: My computer, extra set of clothes, probably a sweat bag full of dirty clothes and a snack!

FAVORITE POST-WORKOUT SNACK: Cookies and Cream Quest Bar.

HOW I HYDRATE: Smartwater.

CURRENT HEALTHY OBSESSION: Dried fruit has my heart at the moment.

BOOK I CAN READ OVER AND OVER: The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time by Mark Haddon

WHEN YOU LEAVE MY CLASS, YOU FEEL: Empowered, accomplished and very, very sweaty.

IN MY GYM BAG: Protein bars, Nuun hydration tablets, laptop, extra change of workout clothes, Sweat Cosmetics mineral foundation, chapstick and waterproof mascara.

BIGGEST INSPIRATION: My mom, and anyone coming to SoulCycle to try their first class.

HOW I HYDRATE: Water with pink lemonade-flavored Nuun hydration tablets.

CURRENT HEALTHY OBSESSION: Kale smoothies — I am from NorCal after all! It doesn't get more NorCal than kale.

BOOKS I CAN READ OVER AND OVER: The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho for when I'm feeling introspective, or the Crazy Rich Asians & China Rich Girlfriend series by Kevin Kwan for a fun beach read — I can't wait until the third book comes out in the trilogy!

PLACE I’VE ALWAYS WANTED TO VISIT: The Giraffe Manor hotel in Nairobi, Kenya and the Galapagos Islands in Ecuador.
