Come in your favorite workout clothes — mats are provided and we’ll take care of the rest! Get to the studio a few minutes early to check in, stash your stuff, and grab or fill a water bottle. Leave your phone in a locker and give yourself 50 minutes to connect and sweat. We want you to walk out of class happy and fulfilled, so never hesitate to ask the front desk staff for help.
