SoulCycle's Terms and Conditions were developed to ensure that our customers are using our facilities and services with due regard to their rights and the rights of other users, and in conformity with SoulCycle's standard and current procedures, rules, regulations and requirements. By accessing, browsing and/or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use this Website.

Reservations/Charges
In order to make a reservation, you must first own a series (group of classes). To buy a series, you can either sign up here for a username and password and purchase a series online, or if you already have a username and password click login, to buy a series and make your reservation.

You should be aware that series expire and class and future series prices are subject to change. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Cash. You can reserve classes up to 1 week in advance (Monday thru the following Monday) but not later than 2 hours prior to class time. Click for online reservations. Deadlines apply regardless of available functionality.

Your credit/debit card will be charged for your order when you submit your reservation. SoulCycle will not process reservation charges that use an incorrect, expired, or over-the-limit credit card. We will make our best efforts to contact you if this occurs. However, in the event such an order is processed, SoulCycle reserves the right to collect funds for any uncollected transactions owed to it. SoulCycle may charge a nominal fee of [$20] per reservation should a payment made via credit card be declined resulting in the need for alternate payment or exception processing. If you fail to pay any fees or charges when due, services or privileges may be suspended or terminated. You shall be responsible and liable for any fees, including attorneys' fees and collection costs, that SoulCycle may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid balances from you.

Personal Data/Communications
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate entities for order processing.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. If you use this Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

If you are under 18, you may register and use SoulCycle only with involvement of a parent or guardian. SoulCycle reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. When you visit SoulCycle or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this Website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many web sites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses SoulCycle.

Cancellations To receive a full refund for a cancellation of a reservation, you must cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to class by calling SoulCycle Monday thru Wednesday between 12pm and 5pm. Classes not cancelled 24 hours prior to the time of the class will be charged to your series. We do not accept cancellations via the internet or email. Please cancel by calling us at 212-787-1300

Waiver BY SIGNING UP FOR CLASSES AT SOULCYCLE, YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT THERE ARE CERTAIN INHERENT DANGERS IN SPINNING AND EXERCISE AND IN USING SPINNING AND EXERCISE EQUIPMENT. IN CONSIDERATION OF BEING ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ACTIVITIES AND ANY OTHER PROGRAMS PROVIDED BY SOULCYCLE, AND TO USE ITS FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT, IN ADDITION TO THE PAYMENT OF ANY FEE OR CHARGE, YOU HEREBY (I) AGREE TO ASSUME ALL RISKS INCIDENT THERETO, (II) WAIVE, RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE SOULCYCLE, ITS OFFICES, AGENTS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND ALL OTHERS FROM ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FROM INJURIES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY ACTIVITIES OR YOUR USE OF EQUIPMENT IN THE ABOVEMENTIONED ACTIVITIES AND (III) HEREBY CERTIFY THAT YOU HAVE RECENTLY BEEN EXAMINED BY A PHYSICIAN WHO HAS ADVISED YOU THAT YOU MAY PARTICIPATE IN INDOOR CYCLING AND OTHER EXERCISE ACTIVITIES WITHOUT RESTRICTION. YOU HEREBY RELEASE ALL OF THOSE MENTIONED ABOVE AND ANY OTHERS THAT MAYBE EFFECTED BY THIS PROVISION.
