Lindy Flowers brings her pint–sized SOUL to SoulCycle. Although she's petite in size and sweet in nature, don’t be fooled…her killer workouts are fierce and focused. A certified instructor in Ashtanga Yoga (Power Flow) and Mad Dogg Spinning, Lindy has been an avid athlete her whole life. In 2008, Lindy received her M.F.A. in acting from the University of North Carolina with three years of voice and movement training. Lindy incorporates elements of her yoga and performance background into each class, focusing on breath control, body awareness, and staying mentally present. And while she loves to rock out to Lady Gaga and Jay-Z, she blames long car rides with her dad for her love of CCR and the Oldies. She currently resides in Manhattan with her feline buddy, Finnegan.

On the verge of moving, Laura auditioned for SoulCycle's Teacher Training program and VOILA. THIS is what she was meant to do with her life. Teach, motivate, inspire, and hopefully change someone's day if only with a smile. On September 2nd she will fly to LA to open SoulCycle in Brentwood, CA and teach in WEHO....and later this year will also help open a studio in Santa Monica. Reluctant but willing, he climbed onto a bike & never looked back. Driven by music & the desire to share his passion & energy, Denis views SoulCycle as not only a powerful form of exercise, but also an excellent metaphor for life -- the soul you're cycling is yourself.

Once introduced to SoulCycle it was love at first ride and Cole knew he needed to be a part of the movement.
