Sue Molnar - instructor

Sue brings us her rockin' southern SOUL all the way from South Carolina. Living in Los Angeles, when her kickboxing guru moved away, she was forced by friends to try spinning. After her first class, Sue decided that spinning would REALLY ROCK if she could play her own music. So she got certified and ended up teaching spin at Gold's Gym in Hollywood for almost ten years, before heading East to SoulCycle. Sue likes to think of her cycling classes as Music Appreciation 101, rather than an "exercise class." She leans towards classic rock and pop, but anything goes in her playlists. She builds each class with specifically cadenced music so that the challenge is keeping up with the different beat of each song -- at varying levels of resistance. She encourages singing along, "hootin' and hollerin'," and enjoying the inspiring sense of camaraderie that can only be found in group exercise. Sue resides in New York City with her beloved cat, Jack.

Emily Fawcett - instructor

Emily brings her Ninja Soul to SoulCycle! After graduating with honors in "Rock Star Studies" Emily moved to NYC on Thanksgiving Day 2007.  This "Texanese" (Japanese/Texan) was looking for an adventure, and boy did she find it! Emily first experienced SoulCycle when the Tribeca studios opened. She was 20 lbs heavier and in need of a change. After taking one class, she was hooked. And after several rides, she found another addiction ...SoulBands! With the combination of both classes, her body transformed. Never seeing herself as a "fitness person" before, Emily is now a proud member of the SoulCycle family! In her class, you can expect amazing energy, off the wall music..and yes, you will sweat!  When not teaching at SoulCycle, Emily is taking classes at SoulCycle or relaxing in her apartment with her longtime love, Josh. The choreography is constantly changing to keep riders growing to their maximum ability. Her playlists are filled with thick beats, hip hop and of course... At 12 years old, Maya found her heart and SOUL on the bike at SC, connecting to all the different types of music she loved and others who shared this passion in the belly of their Urban Soul. Today, she channels the electricity of her city (with just a HINT of sass) to deliver a soulful dance party that is as much a physical challenge as it is a dare to “do you.”
