Only purchasers of class series are entitled to make advance reservations. Advance reservations can be made online or by telephone. Classes can be booked up to one week in advance, beginning on Monday noon for classes taking place beginning Monday through the following Monday.

To purchase a class series and/or to make reservations online, you can either sign up here for a username and password or, if you already have a username and password, click sign-in. Once you have purchased your series you can use it whenever/however you wish. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

To receive a full refund for a cancellation of a reservation, you must cancel your reservation by 5pm the night before your class. Classes not cancelled by 5pm the night before your scheduled class will be charged to your series. You are able to cancel your reservation in the following ways: 1) Log into your account and chose "unreserve" next to the class that you wish to cancel. 2) Call the SoulCycle studio at which you are booked to cancel before 5pm the day before your scheduled class:

If you decide to register yourself on a waitlist, you will automatically be added to the class when a bike becomes available. You will receive an email as a confirmation stating that you are scheduled onto a bike. You will be charged. This can happen up until 30 minutes before the class starts. So please keep in mind that if you no longer want a bike you must remove yourself from the wait list to avoid being charged. Please update your email address to ensure we are able to communicate with you.

In addition, we do not offer the option of 'switching' classes. You are welcome to attend a class whenever there is a bike available. However, if you are scheduled for one class but prefer to attend at another time, you will be charged for both reservations, if you have not canceled your first bike by 5 PM the night before.
