SOUL CHALLENGE is a unique high-interval training method incorporating calisthenics and plyometric exercises. SOUL CHALLENGE is designed for weight loss, core strengthening and overall muscle tone. This program will reshape your body--and your thinking--about fitness. The class consists of team building exercises, cardio, strength-training and individual guidance and assessment. Class meets twice a week for six weeks
SOULCYCLE BODY – is a six-week training program packed with cardio, weights and resistance bands both on-and-off the bike. These classes meet twice a week for six weeks. This full-body workout full of high/low work with weights also includes kicks, punches, plyometrics and of course...abs. Great music and a new-and-improved body, guaranteed!
SOULCYCLE HIIT BOOTCAMP – SoulCycle HIIT Bootcamp stands for High Intensity Interval Training program - with high intensity indoor cycling, strength training and calisthenics on-and-off the bike. This class is specifically geared towards weight loss and shredding your body. The one-hour classes are held three times a week, for six weeks.
