Even though Soul has been around for six years, we're still finding ways to design new rides, set new challenges and acheive new goals. This last week was no exception. On Thursday, Master Instructor Laurie Cole completed SoulCycle's first-ever BICOASTAL RIDE! That's right. She started her morning teaching a 9:30AM ride in TriBeCa and by the end of the night, taught a 7:30PM Led Zeppelin ride in WEHO (Los Angeles). Even though it felt like 10:30PM to her body, Laurie didn't let a little jet lag stop her -- she rocked the Led class, bringing her unique blend of rhythm and Soul from coast to coast. Now who's in for the next bicoastal ride?
