It's amazing how many of our original riders ended up having a profound effect on the company. You know may STEPHANIE HIRSCH as the genius designer behind our the SoulCycle line... or you may simply know her as the fun-loving rider who's rocking it out on the next bike.

How long have you been riding at SoulCycle?

How did you stumble upon the rear lobby?

Tried it in Bridgehampton during the summer and needed to feed my addiction when I got back to the city.

What brought you back a second time?

Pure and unadulterated soul.

How has the studio changed since you started? What has stayed the same?

What has changed is that it was once just a cult now it is a revolution. What has stayed the same is the happiness and joy it brings me.

What's a UWS memory that stands out for you?

I cannot break it down to just one UWS memory... there are so many breakthroughs I had there. But what stands out overall is I was able to make a choice to change my attitude about the many misconceptions I had about life. I was able to finally put peace and positivity in the forefront of my life!
