  • Moulin Rouge Spectacular!

    Last Friday and Saturday nights, SoulCycle held its most ambitous rides ever. Theater and fitness merged for two very special PERFORMANCE RIDES of MOULIN ROUGE!  Master Instructor JANET FITZGERALD was the ring leader, hosting a 60-minute live enactment of the show complete with opera singers, dancers, and musical talent (performed by our own amazing Soul instructors and staff)! More than just a workout, these performances were celebrations of community, music, theater, and life.

  • "All Live" Ride!

    This past Saturday, Soul Scarsdale perfected their fist pump and waved their lighters in the air as GABRIELLE WISE continued her theme ride series with an ALL LIVE RIDE! Riding to live concert tracks spanning every musical genre and decade, we sweat it out as we sang along. And with prizes for riders who wear their favorite concert tee, it was a ride to remember!

  • Lollipop Ride

    Earlier this summer, ROARKE WALKER led the pack for an inspirational ride benefitting THE LOLLIPOP THEATER NETWORK, a nonprofit that helps bring the magic of movies to children confined in hospitals. The packed house rocked out to a sugary sweet playlist and sweat it out for an amazing cause.   • Beastie Boys Ride with Lindy!

    Yesterday at 1PM, Lindy and the Soul Community honored the life of Adam "MCA" Yauch the best way we knew how -- by rocking out on that bike. We distributed glasses and gold chains to all the riders and had a blast sweatin' it out to the best of the BEASTIE BOYS. According to Lindy, the riders "were all as cool as a cucumber in a bowl full of hot sauce" (a Beastie quote, of course!).   • Robyn Ride


    Last Saturday night, DANNY KOPEL and LAUREN BRUKER teamed up for a legendary ride in Union Square, sweatin it out to the music of ROBYN!  Sporting pink and purple spandex, the pair pulled out all the stops (a strobe light, bubble machine, high kicks, you name it!).
