This year WHITNEY DOSIK celebrated her 26th birthday by riding with her father at SoulCycle. Following the ride, Whitney vowed to take more classes in the new year and signed up for the High Line Ride and the Sports Bra Challenge. The Soul Blog talked to Whitney about the experience of both outdoor rides and her Soul Transformation!
It took being stranded by the storm to get BEN SIMPSON to reluctantly try SoulCycle. Six months later, not only has Ben dropped 40 pounds from riding consistently, his whole view towards exercise has changed. And today -- on his anniversary -- we're thrilled to welcome him to the Soul Greenwich team! Here's Ben's Soul Story...
Talk about a transformation. SoulCyclist SCOTT GREENSPAN has lost a whopping 40 lbs since he started riding in late November! That's just a little over 3 months... not that we're counting. 2011 Resolution/Goal – to finish what I started!
It’s been about a month since I last checked in and, while I haven't quite lived up to the title “Soul Transformation,” I am headed in that direction, a work in progress, and 17 pounds lighter.
After a 10 day journey to China, Carly Handler is back and more focused than ever. 14 lbs down and looking to end the year strong!

I have to take a moment to say how amazing this whole experience has been. Both the instructors and other riders have been so supportive, people have shared their own stories with me and it just gets better and better every week.

Another week, another pound. Unfortunately this week didn't surpass last week's weight loss of 1 pound, but my struggle is not a mystery and it is definitely the emotional eating keeping me from bigger numbers.
