Since teaching at SoulCycle, LAURA CRAGO and HEATHER PEGGS have become certain they were twins separated at birth. To honor their joint birthdays, we decided to explore this found bond. Lets just say, there are a few things these two Soul Sisters have in common!

When he's not tasting wines, watching Titanic, or cheering on the Giants, Soul Instructor IAN MCANDREW is killing it on the bike. In class, he encourages his riders to discover and challenge their own strength and promises that there is a song on his playlists for everyone. We dare you to find out.

When she's not performing 8 times a week on Broadway, Soul Instructor PALOMA GARCIA-LEE is rocking that bike. Paloma knows how to put on a good show, but the focus of her class is challenging riders to take strength from the room and apply it to their lives. And that kind of change lasts a lifetime.

The blogger, the baker, the rockin' ride maker. Meet ERIC DANKO, our resident renaissance man. As a jack-of-all-trades, Eric likes to focus his ride on the entire pack, ensuring they work together and feed off each other's energy. With Eric, there's always a little bit of something for everyone.

Time to introduce an old fave! For those of you who don't know her already, MARTHA KAPLAN has been with us since 2009 and helped us build our amazing DALE community. With playlists that incorporate everything from the Rolling Stones to the most recent mash-ups, it's impossible to leave Martha's class without a good sweat and a big smile.

For those of you who haven't ridden with JEREMY WHISTINE, he's bound to surprise you. With a soft-spoken voice and sweet demeanor, you might not expect him to teach an intense but soulful class set to hip-hop... or to perform Russian ballads every week... or to obsess over food. But he does. And if you need confirmation that this man of contradictions teaches an amazing ride, just look here.

Nothing is better than a ride that makes you smile as you push yourself to the limit. And it's impossible not to crack a smile with JASON HARO leading the pack. JAKE WIDMAN believes actions speak louder than words and that life doesn't offer you a whole lot of time to waste. Better yet, when you ride with Jake, you feel that sense of urgency: that this is the time to commit and make a change. So it's not surprising that Jake's friends know him as "the achiever." And after taking his class for a while, your friends might call you the achiever too.

Meet MOLLY SCHREIBER. This Boston-original, LA-transplant is making big waves on the west coast. And while our NY riders may not want to talk sports with her (touchy subject), you'll definitely want to take her class. With eclectic music and a knack for bringing the room together, Molly is a master of creating a strong, unified pack. And, as a woman of many talents, be sure to check her out TOMORROW night (1/31) on Gray's Anatomy at 9 PM!

Congrats downtown NYC, you've got yourself another rockstar. With a cool California vibe, JOHN ISAAC TAYLOR encourages his riders to find inspiration while also pushing them to reach their full potential. And while he may have come to NYC to study acting, his warmth and sincerity cannot be faked. So check out his interview, read his rave reviews and sign up for a ride... while you can still get in.

Instructor RYAN FOLEY truly found his Soul at SoulCycle. Having never enjoyed exercise, Ryan was working 90-hour work weeks on Wall Street, eating poorly and not taking care of himself. One night out, a girl at a bar told him about SoulCycle. Ryan was curious enough to buy a 10-pack, but didn't take the classes seriously... until one ride changed his life. Ryan continued to ride with inspiring instructors who encouraged him and helped him to lose 60 pounds. With a new build and a new outlook on life, Ryan made the career jump (or leap!) from banker to biker. As an instructor Ryan wants to inspire others the way he was inspired. And he does.

Instructor DANA MARSH may be new to SOUL, but she's no stranger to indoor cycling. After five years of teaching in L.A., Dana signed up for an adventure and joined the Soul family out east. And we couldn't be happier about it. With her eclectic taste in music and ability to inspire a room, Dana creates a space where you can let your hair down and leave everything behind. No matter how you feel when you walk in that room, once you're riding with Dana, you're a rockstar!

Soul Instructor JENNY CANALES is one interesting woman (seriously, just read her five facts). Half Colombian and half Mexican - can you say spicy? - Jenny comes from a musical family and is always up for an adventure. This self-proclaimed hippie loves hanging out and listening to reggae music, but don't let her relaxed attitude fool you. Jenny is motivated and motivating, pushing her riders to find strength with each pedal stroke. At once laid back and hardcore, Jenny C. has got it all!

Just when we thought our team of instructors couldn't possibly get any better, a new surge of Soul Rockstars came to prove us wrong. Meet AMANDA MAX. A down to earth mother of two with an affinity for hip-hop, Amanda inspires a feeling of empowerment in her class and in person. Riding with Amanda, you feel like you can face impossible odds, break the rules and ride how you want to ride. And that's a feeling you can take with you all day long.
